The instant success approach incorporates fad diets, pills, pre-packaged foods, multi-level weight loss schemes and an unrealistic exercise mentality. This approach is appealing because it requires no responsibility. You simply fall into the "system" and "they" will tell you what to do. However, if you fail, it is your fault because you did not diet or exercise hard enough.
The second approach, - the "Fitness Approach", is the method applied by SESSIONxPRESS. This method is a physiological approach that focuses on two core themes - proper nutrition and efficient, productive exercise. As your Personal Trainer, I will teach you the basic fundamentals of how to balance the body's response to food and exercise, resulting in long term weight-management and achieved fitness goals.
